The cones that fitted seemed to be quality made. The elastic aligners did not fit they were too loose so had to be sent back. Customer service is very poor in my opinion; there’s no number to ring, there’s no email address shown on their website, you have to speak to them via a chat service on the website but when you come off the website there’s no way of going back to your original conversation so have to start the chat again. When I did get an email reply it was rude and sarcastic. I run a match club in Shropshire and fish a lot of opens, will be sharing my bad experience with my club members and fellow anglers.
