Preston Superium Margin/x50/X70/X90/Carp - Pro Carbon Cones

Now I’ve had a chance to try out the cones on the bank I can highly recommend these Pro Carbon Cones. They’re a good tight fit and definitely make shipping in and out, and breaking down the pole much smoother. When you’re spending a lot of money on a pole it makes sense to look after them as much as you can, these cones really do give you piece of mind, highly recommended.

I went for the pro carbon because it looks great and gives great protection. Take your time and the bigger sections are tight but fitted from the packet.
The smallest #3 section was a bit more challenging. I placed the protector in the freezer and conditioned my pole section in a warm conservatory, then it fitted like a dream. Just using the freezer wasn’t so good because it was still tight due to the bung warming up while you handled it. The overall result is great.

Every product of theirs oozes with perfectionism.

Very pleased with my pro carbon cones, good fit and i have piece of mind knowing my pole is now protected.
